working week 19-23 of June

Lots of work.
Every day I go to work with bike.
At work, few projects are finishing, and it causes
often stay after work hours.

On closest Friday, me Asia and Michal planned camp to Glisno wlk.
It is called Alaska, because of that owner of this place is a great amatour of
widely known series : Northern Exposure.

We'll see what happen.

Przywidz Tour -Last day

It's Sunday.
this is day when we have to go back home.
4-th day, and Michu says he's tired, but example me,
feel great.
My form was getting better and better.
In fact, it's too short expedition to say, what progress we achieved.
Distancess weren't very long, but Michu was tired ....

So, at 10 am, we started our route through similar way to previous day.
Klonowo, Szklana Gora, and next road to Swarzewo.
It tourned out, that folks have missed one way, and we had to choose different way, as we assumed, a new way was lround 25 km longer .
Michu, Krysia were riding so slowly, that excursion turned out hard for me......
In half the way I decided to leave a group and continue only myself.

Distance : about 60km
Time : 4,30h
Weather: super
Form : very good.

Przywidz Tour - 15th June- day 3

It's Saturday

I slept well, noticed with satisfaction that sleeping in tent
it's quite pleasant. I was a little affraid of sleeping in tent
because many years I was sleeping only at moisonettes.

It tourned out that I can sleep in tent without any problems.

We've made some food, and planned a track from map for a 3 hours of riding.

Found a bike trail, and accroding to it we made a beautifull way around few lakes of Przywidz sorroundings.
First village we achieved was Klonowo Grn, next Kamela, and return.
We took a bath in Glebokie Lake, water was cool !!!
After that, we bought Ice creams ,and materials to grill.

Przywidz Tour - 15th June- day 2

GetUP 7 am in the mornig .
Today unfourtunately me and Prasiu have to go to work.
Before us there is road to Gdansk and return to Przywidz ;0
round 80km, but 4 such a bikers like us, it's not a problem .

At work, in opposite to as I expected lots of work.
I hoped to finish work at 4pm, but in result we have finished at 5.10.

After work quick return to home for little refresh, and next trip to Przywidz.
At place we decide about spending time in a local pub, Karczma, where one can see
mundial and drink cheap cold drinks.
In a pub we've discussed about an excursion of Michu and Krysia to Dunnish Island Bornholm.
For me it's a very interesting, but this year I plan to spend time with wife and son.
Maybe next year I will think out an interesting excursion as well.

This evening I drunk few drinks , and round 23 we gone to sleep.

14th - June Przywidz Tour - First Day

We started at 8 in the morning.
Prasiu, Michcron, Krysia and me, we left home at 8 and begun our excursion to Przywidz.
Michcron has planned different way to Przywidz, opposite to normal through Orunia / Lostowice, but through Pruszcz and next villages.
Krysia is affraid of biking by main roads, so this road was planned because of her.

In first fase we were riding along the Radunia river, next behind Pruszcz, we turned right
on Mierzeszyn / Kozia Gora and Przywidz Lake.

From these villages, the most interesting is Kozia Gora, this is a small village in XiX cuntury style.
It is placed abouve 200m over the sea level, everywhere around you can see small
hills whith forests.
Sun was fully shining and everyone of us had an excellent humour.
On the finish we riding down from rapid hill through 400m .
After that when we stopped by the Przywidz Lake, took a bath in tepid water of lake.
Satisfaction was great.

12 June : jogging

3 rounds CM.
Hot weather : round 29 c.

I'm wondering what distance one round has .
One day I have to measure it ....

Jogging with myself , particularly in this season it's a very pleasant.
I like to think about many things, and at lease I''ve got time to that.

When I take an mp3 player with myself, pleasure it's more bigger.
Lately I'm listening with passiin two bands called :
The Editors
Interpol

I recommend it !

Friday 09 Jun: jogging

Jogging 50 min,
very slow tempo.
Place : cementary- 3 rounds around.

I have to measure this distance some day, cause I'm not sure
how many meters there are on this route.

Weather quite good, no wind.

Thursday - Bike trip to Orn

After work decided to make some kilos, using situation that my mother in low
was sitting in a house, so I planned a quick trip over the Gdansk.
Trip : Gd. Wrz. Orn. Chlm. Kart

Round 20km.
Time about : 2 hours.

During that trip I visited my friend Krzys from Orn, who is living close to Zulawy.
Zulawy it's a large agricoultural terrain placed on borders of Gdansk.
We were talking about difficult job situation in our town, he cannot find a job
and he's more and more despaired.
I had a similar situation circle about one year ago and it's understanding for me.
We were sitting in the garden, talking and planing next few months.

It turned out 2 weeks ago that Krzys had a strange ;) disease depending on fatting of liver.
SO he decided to start jogging, and when I visited him, he was after few trainings.
It was hard for him to start jogging, because he's a slightly fat men, but he persists in his provision, and therefore he's good material for next jogger.

Saturday - 4-th June 2006 80Km on bike

started my day about 9 am, wife with our son Bart. decided to take a trip to
her mother, so I had had whole day for me ;)
Took a bike, and planned a trip round 80km, for me it's about 3-4 hours, because
terrain where I live it's quite mountainous.

I packed map and some drink to my backpack and went out round 11am.
Route was planned from Gdansk to Kolbudy and next turn right on Zaskoczyn, close to Mierzeszyn.

A Way behind Kolbudy it's very interesting , many hills and forests it's a pleasant for soul.
I driven slowly and admired views.
After getting village called Ostrozki, took a break and ate an ice cream.
Village it's beautifull, it's placed in heart of hills and sorrunded by trees.

After that I stared my way to Zaskoczyn.
I was back home about 4 pm, satisfied and pleasantly tired.
